Pricing and refunds
Performance support guides are £9.99. Framework guides start at £9.99 for Foundation level, £12.99 for Development and £14.99 for Performance, reflecting the increasing depth at each level.
Each level goes further than the one below it. Foundation covers the essentials for the stage. Development goes deeper into how progression actually happens. Performance is the most detailed, written for demanding environments. Foundation is the entry point, not a cut-down version.
Because the guides are digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been sent. If something has gone wrong, whether the file will not open, you have been sent the wrong guide, or anything else, contact us and we will put it right.
Yes, get in touch. If you coach a club, run a programme or teach at a school and want guides across multiple age groups or for a group of coaches, email contact@sportsprogressionhub.com and we will work something out.
Choosing the right guide
Start with your role. Players, parents and coaches have separate guides because the same stage looks completely different depending on where you are standing. Then choose your sport and your child’s age group.
Choose based on the environment they are training in rather than their birthday. A young player training with an older group is better served by the guide for that group.
If you are supporting from home, the parent guide. If your child will read it themselves, the player guide. Many families buy both, since they cover the same stage from different angles.
A framework guide covers a specific sport, age group and role, and tells you what to prioritise at that stage. A performance support guide goes deep on a single subject, like nutrition, confidence or managing pressure, and applies across sports and ages.
What is in the guides
Yes. Player guides include drills and applied examples showing how each principle is worked on. Coach guides include full session plans, so a principle like ball mastery comes with a session showing how to build it into training. They are not drill libraries though. The practical work is there to show how a principle applies.
They include conversation frameworks for the moments that matter most, including how to handle the drive home after a difficult game.
No, deliberately. Training loads and frequency depend on the individual athlete, their environment and the people who know them. We set out the principles and leave those decisions to you and your coach.
Framework guides are currently available for football, tennis and basketball, with more sports being added. Our performance support guides apply across every sport, so they are useful whatever your child plays.
Ages 7 to 18, with guides written for specific age groups rather than covering the whole range at once.
Our approach
No, and we would not claim otherwise. No guide can promise selection, scholarships or contracts. What these do is give you the same development thinking that academy environments use, so the work you are already doing is pointed in the right direction.
Almost certainly not. Children develop at very different rates, and the gap between a strong eleven year old and an average one often closes or reverses entirely by seventeen. The guides are built around that reality rather than against it.
Yes. Our Development Resources library is free and always will be, covering development pathways, training habits, mindset and supporting young athletes. There is also a free Parents Support Guide that introduces the methodology.
